Ismo Vuorinen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2005, they began working as a freelance designer and developer, taking on various projects for advertisement agencies and individuals. From 2010 to 2014, they worked at Rotor Form Oy as a developer and graphic designer, where they developed a webstore system called RotorStar. Ismo then joined SuperHelio Oy as a partner, CEO, and head of development, overseeing web development and advertising services. In 2018, they co-founded Music Aggregation Services Finland Oy. In 2020, they worked as a senior web developer at Geniem. Ismo also worked as a project manager and office worker at Ekokumppanit Oy in 2013 and as a graphic designer at Mainostoimisto Mauseri Oy from 2010 to 2013. From 2018 to 2020, Ismo worked at Provad Oy, where they created and maintained products and handled web-related tasks. Currently, Ismo is employed at Vincit as a software developer, DevOps/SRE staff expert, and squad lead.

Ismo Vuorinen pursued their education from 2008 to 2011 at Tampere Vocational College Tredu. During this time, they completed a degree in Graphic Design with a focus on Printing Assistant and Layout Design.
