Aylin Girgin Özbiliş has a diverse work experience in the fields of venture capital and board membership. Aylin currently holds the position of Investment Director at Vinci Venture Capital, a venture capital investment firm funded by Inci Holding. Their role at Vinci VC involves investing in early-stage European tech companies in various industries such as mobility, industry 4.0, energy storage and management, supply chain, and logistics.

In addition to their role at Vinci VC, Aylin also serves as a Board Observer at ShipsGo, a Non-Executive Board Member at HEROTECH8, Mobilus Labs, Turbit Systems GmbH, and Octovan. Aylin is also a Board Observer at SunGreenH2 and Thread In Motion.

Before joining Vinci VC and their board memberships, Aylin held the role of Company Director of Dutch Subsidiaries at Inci Holding starting in September 2019. Prior to that, they worked as an Investor (via 35 Venture) at Rhombus Energy, a subsidiary of BorgWarner, from August 2020 to July 2022.

Aylin Girgin Özbiliş completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Bilkent University between 1998 and 2003. In 2001, they participated in an exchange program at Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General for one year.

In terms of additional certifications, Aylin obtained a certification in Pre-Revenue New Venture and New Product Valuation in February 2019 from Udemy. Aylin also holds the Deutsches Sprachdiplom Stufe 2, which was obtained in April 1997. Furthermore, Aylin obtained the Capital Market Board Advanced License from the Capital Market Board Turkey, although the exact date is not mentioned. Lastly, they passed Level I of the CFA Exam in June 2009 through the CFA Institute.
