John Szczepanski currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Vince, a leading global luxury apparel brand, since January 2024. Prior to this role, John held multiple senior financial positions at Ralph Lauren, including SVP & CFO of Global Manufacturing & Sourcing and Global Inventory Optimization, as well as Vice President roles in Wholesale Finance and Operations. John also served as Director at MeadWestvaco from 1998 to 2005. Educational qualifications include an MS in Finance from Boston College Carroll School of Management and a BS in Accounting from Fordham University, complemented by additional studies at Bentley University.
