Mina Medic is a highly skilled Research Associate and Technical Manager at the Vinca Institute of Nuclear Sciences since February 2012, specializing in scientific research related to the structural, morphological, and optical characterization of rare earth and transition metal doped nanopowders, as well as the development of radiation sterilization techniques for medical supplies, cultural heritage, and food conservation. Previously, Mina served as a Senior Research Associate and Engineer of Technology at Yunirisk (2010-2011), focusing on ecology and the recycling of organic industrial hazardous waste. Mina holds a Ph.D. in Materials Chemistry and a Master's degree in Organic Chemical Technology and Polymer Engineering from the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy at the University of Belgrade.
