Chandrakant Saroj has extensive experience in research and development within the materials engineering sector. Currently serving as the Manager of R&D and Quality Control at Vinayak Diamond Tools Pvt Ltd since June 2022, Chandrakant oversees the development of advanced products such as diamond and resin Fickerts, as well as conducting rigorous testing of raw materials and leading the metallurgical lab. Prior to this role, Chandrakant worked as a Research and Development Engineer at Innomet Advanced Materials Pvt Ltd from August 2019 to June 2022, where responsibilities included the manufacturing of metals, alloy powders, and tungsten heavy alloy components. Chandrakant holds an M.Tech in Material Science and Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad and a B.Tech in Polymer/Plastics Engineering from the Central Institute of Plastic Engineering and Technology, Lucknow.
