Gabriel Hora is a software engineer with extensive experience in developing and optimizing systems across various companies and sectors. Currently at Vimcar since February 2021, Gabriel is responsible for the Telematics stack, focusing on ingesting and processing large volumes of sensor data from vehicles using Python and Go, as well as several AWS services. Prior experience includes a role at Revolut, where Gabriel designed an automated employee life cycle management system that significantly improved deprovisioning times and created data pipelines for compliance with security audits. Gabriel has also contributed to various software engineering projects at NDrive Navigation Systems, Switch, VivaReal, PayWithMyBank, Pentago Consult Brasil, Picpay, Rakuten Brasil, and Locaweb, demonstrating expertise in technologies such as Java, Python, PostgreSQL, and cloud services.
