Philippe Guillon has a diverse work experience. Philippe started their career as a Commercial and Marketing Developer at GROUPE ACCOR / TICKET RESTAURANT from September 1996 to March 2002. Philippe then became the Owner of laundry dry cleaning mendez from 2002 to 2008. In 2006, they established their own company, DI CASTRI, where they served as the Owner until June 2008. Since September 2008, they have been working at Vilogia, initially as the Manager in charge of the Developpement south of france and later promoted to the position of Director of Business Development in October 2013.

Philippe Guillon completed their Bachelor's degree in Business at ISG, a Business School, from 1993 to 1996. Prior to that, they pursued their Bac+2 techniques de commercialisation at Paris School of Business from 1991 to 1993. In 2015, Philippe enrolled at La Sorbonne to pursue a Master's degree in aménagement et urbanisme, which is still in progress.
