Maithili Rege is an Associate Sector Lead for Agriculture at Villgro. Prior to this, they were the Lead Marketing & Business Development at Saahas Zero Waste from March 2018 to February 2020. Before that, they were a UFLP (Business Leadership Trainee) at Unilever from May 2016 to October 2017. Maithili began their career as a Summer Intern at Unilever in April 2015.

Maithili Rege has a PGP from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Xavier's College.
