Nadja Birbaumer currently serves as Chargée de mission "Egalité" at Ville d'Yverdon-les-Bains since September 2023. Prior to this, Birbaumer held the position of Déléguée à la formation et à l'égalité at Ville de Neuchâtel from June 2015 to September 2023, where responsibilities included strategic proposals in education and equality, project leadership, and representation at national institutions.
