Rudy Hamel, TPI, GRM, AMBCI, currently serves as the Chef de division gestion de risques et sécurité civile for the Ville de Trois-Rivières, a position held since October 2016. Additionally, Rudy is the Vice-président at ASCQ and an instructeur-examinateur at the École nationale des pompiers du Québec since 2007. Rudy also teaches fire safety and prevention at Campus Notre-Dame-de-Foy, with a previous role as President of ATPIQ from 2014 to 2018. Previous experience includes various leadership positions in public safety and fire prevention across different municipalities and organizations. Academically, Rudy holds advanced degrees in public administration and major risk management, alongside numerous certifications in fire safety and emergency response.
