Catherine Lafond is currently the Coordonnatrice centre d’appels d’urgence at Ville de Saint-Eustache, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Catherine spent over 14 years at Héma-Québec, where responsibilities included Supervising the laboratory for product qualification, managing personnel, equipment, and analyses across six departments. Catherine's educational background includes a Certificat en gestion d'entreprise from HEC Montréal (2010-2011) and a Baccalauréat in Biologie médicale from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (2004-2008).
