Caroline Proulx has extensive experience in social development and community engagement, currently serving as an Agent de développement at Ville de Saint-Eustache since October 2020. In addition, Caroline is a member of the board and serves as secretary for Persévérons ensemble since June 2019. Previously, Caroline held the position of interim General Director at Maison des jeunes Saint-Eustache, where responsibilities included scheduling staff and managing activities while acting as a representative at various meetings and partnerships. Caroline's earlier roles include working as an intervenant at Maison des jeunes de Saint-Eustache and as an employment assistance agent at Services Québec. Caroline holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Université du Québec en Abitibi-Témiscamingue, complemented by a Diploma of College Studies in Social Work from CEGEP de Saint-Jérôme.
