Virginie Rooryck-Llorens currently serves as Directeur de l'Aménagement Urbain at Ville de Puteaux, overseeing urban planning, land use, housing, development, and commercial services since December 2019. Previously, Virginie held the position of Directeur de projets urbains at ESPACES FERROVIAIRES, managing urban projects in Paris and Lyon from May 2016 to December 2019. From February 2015 to May 2016, Virginie was involved in heritage enhancement and project management at Société du Grand Paris. Additional experience includes directing the ZAC Saint Jean Belcier project at Établissement Public d'Aménagement Bordeaux-Euratlantique and roles in various capacities at Préfecture de la région Sud Ouest, Mairie de Bordeaux, COMMUNAUTE D AGGLOMERATION DU GRAND DAX, and Centre d'études technique de l'Equipement du sud ouest. Virginie holds a DESS in operational urban planning and a Master's in community and regional planning from IATU, as well as a law degree from Université de Bordeaux.
