Jean-Baptiste Pointel, PhD, currently serves as an Élève du cycle préparatoire au concours interne de l’Institut National du Service Public at the Institut de la gestion publique et du développement économique - IGPDE since September 2024 and as Directeur de la mission Evaluation Prospective Innovation at Ville de Nanterre from April 2023. Prior to these roles, Jean-Baptiste was Responsable de pole relation aux usagers et participation citoyenne at Est Ensemble, where responsibilities included the design and management of the local Citizens' Climate Convention and fostering user-centered innovation. Previous experience includes educational roles at ENA - Ecole Nationale d'Administration, Institut Catholique de Rennes, Université de Rennes 1, and Université de Rouen, focusing on public law, teaching, and curriculum development. Jean-Baptiste holds several degrees from esteemed institutions, including a Doctorat in Public Law from Université de Rouen and an Expert en Affaires Publiques from Sciences Po Bordeaux.
