Yasmine Franjulien has extensive experience in project management and social mediation, currently serving as Cheffe de projet for the GIP "Médiation sociale" and the "Grenoble la nuit" initiative at Ville de Grenoble since November 2020. Previously, Yasmine held various roles at AORIF - L'Union sociale pour l'Habitat d'Ile-de-France from February 2013 to January 2020, including Chargée de Projet Territorial and Chargée de mission départementale. Earlier experience includes a service civique position at Secours populaire français, where Yasmine established a housing support service, and an internship at COMPLEMENTERRE focusing on urban biodiversity. Educational qualifications consist of two master's degrees in Urbanism and Territorial Planning from Ecole d'Urbanisme de Paris and a master's degree in Political Science from the University of Lille.
