Capucine PINEL is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project and construction management across various sectors, including public service and real estate. Currently serving as Maire adjointe aux Bâtiments and Conseiller municipal aux grands projets at Ville de Clichy-la-Garenne since March 2020, Capucine also manages real estate operations for Secours Catholique Caritas France. Previous roles include Construction Manager at Action, where oversight of 23 personnel and project management across France was conducted, as well as project management responsibilities for international projects at Lagardère Travel Retail and SSP Group Plc. Capucine's architectural education includes a DPLG degree from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture de Grenoble and a Master of Engineering from McGill University, complemented by leadership training in the Netherlands.
