Karl Lambert has extensive experience in fire safety and education, currently serving as a firefighter at Ville de Blainville since March 2015, where responsibilities include responding to fire alerts, assisting victims in emergencies, and conducting fire prevention visits. Additionally, Karl has been an instructor at the Institut de protection contre les incendies du Québec (IPIQ) since September 2019. Prior to these roles, Karl was a coordinator at Société de Création from May 2014 to September 2017, overseeing recruitment, training, and inventory management. Karl's academic background includes pursuing a bachelor's degree in college education at Université du Québec à Rimouski, a bachelor's degree in administration from École des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM), a technical degree in fire safety from Collège Montmorency, and a professional diploma in fire safety from IPIQ.
