Carl Blondin has experience working at the Ville de Blainville as Chef de section in both Services au public and Animation et référence. Prior to that, Carl worked at Solutions Enviro-Max inc. as an Aide technique, where Carl was involved in managing databases, digitizing and managing digital archives, preparing technical reports, providing customer service, and giving technical assistance on the field. Carl holds a Maîtrise en sciences de l'information in Sciences de l'information / Bibliothéconomie from Université de Montréal, a Maîtrise en service social, and a Baccalauréat en psychologie from the same university.
