Janice Choice is a seasoned culinary professional with over two decades of experience in various positions, including roles as Chef & Culinary Artist at UMM!!! Good Caterers, Sous Chef at Campus Cook s, and Assistant Chef at Compass Group. Currently serving as an Associate in Culinary at Villanova University since June 2024, Janice has a strong background in meal planning and execution, including the use of smoker and grilled meats. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, a Bachelor of Education from Temple University, and an Associate's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the Community College of Philadelphia.
