Hilary Hanbidge, MA, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Hilary currently works at VillageReach, where they have held various roles, including Director of People since March 2021. Hilary Hanbidge, MA, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse educational background. From 2000 to 2004, they attended The University of British Columbia and earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations & Latin American Studies. In 2008, they furthered their education at the Cologne University of Applied Sciences, where they obtained their Master of Arts degree in International Business, completing their studies in 2010. Concurrently, in 2009 and 2010, they pursued an International MBA program at ISG Institut Supérieur de Gestion.

In addition to their academic achievements, Hilary has also obtained various certifications. In 2012, they became a Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) through HRCI. Three years later, in 2015, they earned the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation from SHRM. Most recently, in October 2022, they completed the Textio Equitable Performance Feedback certification with Textio.
