Michelle Birkemeier is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and analysis. Currently serving as the Director of Finance at VillageMD since December 2020, previous roles include Senior Finance Manager and Finance Manager at the same organization. Prior to VillageMD, Michelle held positions at Bon Secours Mercy Health from September 2015 to December 2020, including Manager of Workforce Management & Labor Efficiency, Senior Financial Analyst, and Financial Analyst. Earlier career experience includes roles at Ripple Junction Design Co. as a Business Analyst and in accounting, and at Christ Hospital as Assistant Materials Management. Michelle began their career as a Veterinarian Assistant at Glenway Animal Hospital. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Thomas More University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Ohio University.
