Ben Neighbors is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in risk management, corporate affairs, and nursing. Currently serving as a Risk Manager at VillageMD since July 2023, Ben previously held multiple roles at Indiana University Health from June 2018 to July 2023, including Corporate Affairs Manager, Risk Consultant, and Registered Nurse. Prior positions also include Registered Nurse at Lutheran Health Network and Human Resources Manager at The GEO Group, Inc. Ben began a career in human resources at Comcast Cable and Lowe's Home Improvement, overseeing employee engagement, training, and retention strategies. Ben holds an Associate of Arts in Nursing Practice from Pensacola State College and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from IPFW.
