Teresa Carrubba, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist at Village On The Isle since March 2015, where responsibilities include collaborating with the Director of Community Engagement to manage HR functions for over 270 employees and 400 residents in a faith-based Life Plan Community.
