Michael Spiro currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at the Village of West Dundee, a position held since July 2003. Previously, Michael Spiro gained extensive experience in various roles at the Village of Buffalo Grove from September 1999 to August 2022, culminating in the position of Battalion Chief, along with other roles, including Lieutenant/Paramedic and Firefighter/Paramedic. Michael Spiro holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Benedictine University, earned between 2008 and 2010.
