Timothy Griffin, Ph.D., currently serves as the Chief of Police for the Village of La Grange since August 2023, bringing over two decades of law enforcement experience. Prior to this role, Timothy was the Deputy Chief of Police for the Village of Mount Prospect, overseeing a municipal law enforcement agency of 87 sworn officers and managing a $21 million annual budget. Timothy has extensive academic experience as an adjunct faculty member at multiple universities, including Saint Xavier University, Loyola University Chicago, and Lewis University, where courses focused on various aspects of criminal justice and public safety administration. Timothy holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School and has completed several prestigious law enforcement training programs.
