Pam Broderick has extensive experience in human resources, specializing in benefits management and analysis across various organizations. Currently, Pam serves as a Human Resources Generalist for the Village of Glen Ellyn, Illinois, since June 2017. Prior to this role, Pam held the position of Benefits Manager at Northwestern Medicine (formerly Cadence Health) and Morton Salt, along with a similar role at Factory Card & Party Outlet. Earlier career achievements include the role of Benefits Analyst at Edward Hospital and Health Services and Benefits Supervisor at Liberty Federal Bank. Pam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Elmhurst University.
