Walter Smith is a seasoned professional in the plumbing and building inspection field with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Building/Plumbing Inspector for the Village of Barrington since October 2022, Walter previously held similar roles at SAFEbuilt from September 2017 to October 2022 and as an Owner/Plumber of Finishing Touch Plumbing from November 2015 to October 2022. Additional experience includes a tenure as Plumbing Manager at TOPTEC Heating Cooling Plumbing and Electrical, Inc. in September 2020, and ownership of Little Walt's Plumbing, Inc. from February 2008 to May 2015. Walter also worked as a Master Plumber at Professional Plumbing Inc. from September 1996 to November 2006. Walter holds a Plumbing Technology/Plumber License obtained from Local 422 between 1997 and 2001.
