Richard A. Hayes has extensive experience in ministry and education, currently serving as the Southwest District Representative for Village Missions since January 2017 and as an Adjunct Faculty member at Moody Bible Institute Online since July 2011, teaching various graduate-level courses. Prior roles include Senior Pastor at Raymond Community Church and Foothills Community Church, along with positions as Adjunct Instructor at Moody Bible Institute - Spokane and Professor at Covenant Bible Seminary. Richard has been actively involved in church leadership and educational committees, holding board positions with Pinecroft Christian Camp and the Puget Sound Christian Youth Association. Richard's educational background includes a Doctorate in Ministry Leadership from Talbot School of Theology, a Master of Divinity from Talbot Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Science in Christian Education from Biola University.
