Jared Seehafer is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the life sciences and medical device sectors. As the CEO and Co-founder of Enzyme since January 2016, Jared focuses on automating regulatory approval and compliance processes to expedite market readiness for innovative technologies. In addition to this role, Jared serves as a Venture Partner at Orange Collective, supporting emerging YC founders and their startups. A Network Leader at Village Global, Jared advises on investment decisions in biotech, medtech, and healthcare. Previous positions include consulting and advisory roles in various firms, product management for St. Jude Medical, and software engineering at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Education includes a Master’s degree in Medical Device and Diagnostic Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology, Computer Science, and Neuroscience from the University of Colorado Boulder, along with participation in Y Combinator in 2017.
