Jim Kelley is a seasoned professional in the mortgage and finance industry with extensive experience in operations management and leadership roles. Currently serving as the TPO Operations Manager at Village Capital & Investment LLC since September 2022, Jim has previously held key positions at First Guaranty Mortgage Corporation®, including SVP of TPO Operations for Wholesale and Correspondent and Vice President of Special Products. Other notable roles include Vice President of Operations Correspondent Lending at Flagstar Bank, Vice President of Credit & Compliance Correspondent Lending at Stearns Lending, and SVP of Operations at Nationstar Mortgage. Jim began the professional journey as VP of Underwriting at Ford Consumer Finance after completing education at Bryant University and Fairfield Prep.
