Jim Morris is a seasoned food and beverage professional with extensive experience in culinary management. Currently serving as Food and Beverage Manager at Villa Restaurant Group since June 2020, Jim has previously held significant roles including Chef at OTG Management from June 2013 to June 2020, Head Chef at Rustik Tavern from September 2008 to February 2013, and Head Chef at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. from December 1999 to July 2008. Jim's educational background includes a degree in Information Technology from City Tech, CUNY, and culinary training at the Royal Caribbean Culinary Academy from 1997 to 1999.
