Montassar Harbaoui is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in various prestigious hospitality establishments. Currently serving as Chef de cuisine at Bungalow 5, Montassar has previously held similar roles at Occidental Hotels & Resorts and Palace Ghamarth. Additional experience includes positions as a personal trainer at Institut Pascal and Chief Executive at CTL Group Holdings. Montassar’s culinary journey began with training at Renaissance Hotels and further developed through hands-on roles at HOTEL LA PERLA and as a Chef de partie while studying at Institut Pascal. Educational qualifications were obtained at Institut Sidi Dhrif.
