Aminta Echeverria is a seasoned professional in human resources and counseling with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Hillsides since July 2023, Aminta has held multiple positions at Villa Esperanza Services since April 2012, including Staffing Manager and Benefits Coordinator.
