Nicola Thiesing has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Nicola started their career as a Reservation Coordinator at the Penina Hotel & Golf Resort before moving on to roles such as Sales & Groups Coordinator at Reid's Palace and Assistant Manager at Solverde Hotel Algarve & Casino. Nicola then became Assistant Manager at VILA VITA Parc Resort & Spa and later served as the Sales Manager at Pine Cliffs Resort. Nicola also worked as the Commercial Director at The Lake Resort, where they were responsible for setting up the sales and marketing strategy. Nicola then joined Hilton Vilamoura As Cascatas Golf Resort & Spa as a Senior Sales Manager and played a key role in the pre-opening and opening phase of the hotel. Nicola also served as a Senior Sales Manager at Renaissance VilaSol Golf Resort & Spa before returning to VILA VITA Parc Resort & Spa as the Assistant Director Of Sales. Throughout their career, Nicola has excelled in sales and marketing, including organizing events and securing partnerships with prestigious organizations.

Nicola Thiesing completed their high school education at Mädchen gymnasium Erkelenz, Germany from 1979 to 1987, where they obtained an Abitur degree. Later, they attended Dr. Jungbecker School, Commercial Trading & Business School, from 1987 to 1988, and earned a Diploma in International Business.
