Anja Kloster Kinze has extensive experience in the fashion industry, with a focus on buying and sourcing. Anja is currently the Buying & Sourcing Director at VILA CLOTHES, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they also served as the Buying & Sourcing Director at the same company. Before joining VILA CLOTHES, Anja worked at BESTSELLER as an International Buying & Sourcing Manager from 2019 onwards. Anja also has past experience at Vila a/s, where they held the role of Buying Manager, leading the Buying and Design organization and overseeing the supply chain management department. Anja started their career at BESTSELLER in 2003 as an Assistant Buyer, and subsequently worked as a Buyer before becoming the Buying Responsible. Throughout their career, they have gained extensive knowledge in working with international supply chains in Turkey, India, China, and Bangladesh.

Anja Kloster Kinze began their education at Rosborg gymnasium, where they earned their matematisk degree from 1997 to 2000. In 2002, they attended Teko center Danmark to pursue Fashion Design until 2003. Later, from 2004 to 2006, Anja studied at Aarhus University and obtained their HD 1. Del degree in Økonomi. Finally, they continued their education at Aarhus University, specializing in Strategi, Organisation og ledelse, and completed their HD 2. del Strategi, Organisation og ledelse degree from 2013 to 2015.
