Ryan Wiedenmeier is currently the General Manager at VIKTOS, responsible for overseeing daily office operations and systems architecture. Since January 2013, Ryan has also worked as a freelance outdoor writer and NRA Certified Firearms Instructor, contributing to publications like "Gun World" Magazine. Previously, Ryan held multiple roles at Allen Edmonds, including Director of Customer Service, where significant improvements in customer satisfaction and sales were achieved. Other positions include E-Commerce Manager and various sales and manufacturing roles. Ryan holds a BS in Information Technology with a focus on eBusiness from the University of Phoenix and has attended the University of Wisconsin Colleges and Milwaukee Area Technical College.
