Shawn Gross is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the plastics industry, currently serving as President and CEO of Viking Plastics since 2011, while also holding the position of VP of Culture and Business Development. Previously, Shawn occupied roles including Executive Engineering Manager at Viking Plastics, overseeing multi-site product launch engineering, and Process Group Manager at Rehrig Pacific Company. Earlier career milestones include serving as Production Manager at Viking Plastics and New Product Development Manager at MedSource Technologies, where Shawn contributed to the company's development from its startup phase. Shawn holds a Bachelor's degree in Plastics Engineering from Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus.
