Lien Eggermont has extensive experience in the maritime and customer service sectors, currently serving as Assistant Placement Manager at Viking Maritime Group since March 2018, following roles as Senior Yacht Placement Consultant and Yacht Placement Consultant. Prior to this, Lien worked at P&O Ferries as a Customer Communications Officer, providing real-time updates and managing customer interactions across multiple social media platforms. Lien's earlier experience includes serving as Chief Stewardess on luxury yachts, ensuring high levels of service for high-net-worth individuals and their guests, and working as an Overseas Holiday Representative for Thomas Cook Group. Lien holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Katholieke Hogeschool Brugge-Oostende.
