Claus J. Mortensen has extensive work experience in various industries. Claus J. started their career in 1990 as an Electronics Mechanic at Induperm A/S, where they were responsible for the development and production of landing lights systems used in airports. Claus J. also worked on the production of transformers.
In 1997, Claus joined Siemens as a 3D Designer & Trainer, where they designed personally customized In-The-Ear hearing aids using 3D design software. Claus J. also operated 3D printer equipment and software.
In 2015, Claus transitioned to Sivantos Group (formerly Siemens) as a Regional Quality Representative and Custom Order Specialist. Claus J. was part of the team that successfully implemented a global ERP system and optimized reverse logistics procedures between Scandinavian markets and manufacturing/distribution sites in Poland.
In 2019, Claus joined WSAudiology as a Regional Quality Representative and Custom Order Specialist. Claus J. conducted internal audits based on ISO 13485-2016 and TÃœV Multi-Site Certificate Concept.
Most recently, Claus became the Head of Operations at VIKING Life-Saving Equipment A/S in June 2021.

- From 1990 to 1993, they attended Teknisk Skole Ringsted and earned a degree in Elektronikmekaniker. Claus J.'sfield of study focused on the installation and repair of electrical/electronic equipment.
- In 2019, they completed an Introduction to DS/EN ISO 13485:2016 program at Lasse Ahm Consult.
- In 2021, they participated in an ISO 9001-2015 Inspirationsseminar at Bureau Veritas.
- Also in 2021, they completed a ISO 9001-2015 Lead Auditor program and an ISO 9001 Intern Auditor program, both at Bureau Veritas.
- In 2022, they attended DANAK and undertook an ISO 17020 Introduktion course.
