Rachael Njoroge has a work experience starting from 2022. Rachael worked as an Engineer Intern at TunapandaNet, where they gained knowledge and hands-on experience in troubleshooting network failures and configuring ubiquiti devices. Rachael also learned about the dynamic host configuration protocol (DHCP) procedure. Prior to that, they worked as an IT Support at Kenyatta National Hospital during their attachment, where they developed a passion for networking and learned about network architecture, management, and maintenance. Currently, they are working as a Technical Support Engineer at Vijiji Connect Ltd.

Rachael Njoroge completed a Diploma in computer science and information technology from Nairobi Institute of Business Studies. Rachael pursued this degree from 2018 to 2021. In 2022, they attended Internet Society and focused on the field of study "Designing and Deploying Computer Networks," although no specific degree was mentioned for this program.
