Robert Finch has worked in various roles since 1992. Robert began their career as a Corrections Officer at the Ulster County Sheriff's Office in 1992. In 1994, they moved to the Saugerties Police Dept where they worked as a Police Officer. In 2015, they were appointed CEO of Element VoIP and in 2017 they were appointed COO and later CEO of Viirtue.

Robert Finch attended the University at Buffalo from 1996 to 1999.
