Charlene Hutchison (Gustafson) has been working in various roles since 2010. Charlene started as a Lifeguard at Monterey Beach in 2010 and then moved on to become a Corporate Communications Coordinator at Toys R Us, Inc. in 2014. In 2015, they began working as the VP Executive Assistant & Lifestyle Manager at Pope Golf / Pope Properties. In 2016, they became an IT Recruiter at Insight Global. Since 2017, they have held the roles of Vice President of Sales, Sales Manager, Senior Account Executive, and Account Executive at Viirtue.

Charlene Hutchison (Gustafson) attended Rowan University from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication.
