Marc Prempain

Co-founder & CEO (acquired By Praxedo) at ViiBE Communication

Marc Prempain has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2017, they co-founded and served as the CEO of ViiBE Communication, a web technology company specializing in remote assistance for contact centers. Under their leadership, ViiBE helped industrial technical support services enhance remote diagnosis, reduce experts' travel, and improve customer satisfaction. The company was later acquired by Praxedo.

In 2019, Marc's expertise was recognized by Zendesk, and ViiBE was selected for their startup acceleration program. This partnership aimed to build the best customer support experience.

Starting from 2020, Marc Prempain became a member of both Business Operations Network and EVOLEN. Marc was also recognized as one of the TOP 30 startups at STATION F, an entrepreneurial campus, out of a total of 1,000 startups.

Moreover, in 2021, Marc joined IBM as part of their PartnerWorld initiative, integrating ViiBE's visual support technology into IBM Maximo. This allowed for enhanced remote visual support, routing, and ticketing systems for experts and technicians in the industry.

Aside from their entrepreneurial ventures, Marc is also a seasonal lecturer at ESSEC Business School, specializing in teaching entrepreneurship. In the past, they have also held roles such as ambassador at EF Education First and entrepreneurship lecturer at Eastern International University. Additionally, Marc has previous experience as an English teacher at Mercury Education.

Marc Prempain started their education in 2007 at Lycée Marcel Gambier, where they obtained their French Baccalaureat in economic and social science in 2008. In 2009, they attended Lycée Bonaparte for Classe Préparatoire aux Grandes Ecole option ECE, completing it in 2010. Marc then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Law at ESDHEM from 2012 to 2013. From 2013 to 2016, Marc studied at SKEMA Business School, earning a Master in Management degree. In 2014, they briefly attended North Carolina State University, focusing on International Business, Marketing, Management, and Leadership. Subsequently, from 2015 to 2016, they enrolled in the French Vietnamese School of Management (CFVG) and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Global Business. In 2017, Marc began studying Entrepreneurship & Innovation at HEC Paris, where they are currently pursuing their education. Marc has also recently started studying at California State University, Long Beach, although the specific field of study and completion status are unknown.
