Paul Rodina has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to 2019. Paul started their career at Canadian Appliance Source as an Assitant Sales Manager and Website and Operations Coordinator, where they worked until 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Web Developer at Advanced Computing Edge Ltd. and then transitioned to VerticalWave as a Technical Project Manager from 2014 to 2016. Since 2016, Paul has been working at Vigorate Digital Solutions, where they held various roles including Project Coordinator, Operational Account Manager, and currently serves as an Engagement Manager.

Paul Rodina completed a Leadership and Management Certificate in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Seneca College from the years 2013 to 2015. In 2014, they also attended George Brown College Continuing Education to pursue a degree in Web Application Development, specializing in C#, .Net, SQL, HTML, and CSS. Prior to these experiences, they obtained a diploma from Seneca College between the years 2010 and 2012. Paul'searliest educational achievement was studying Chemical Engineering as an undergraduate at Western University from 2003 to 2007.
