Jim “Marco” Marcotuli became head of Vigor in 2019 following the company’s acquisition by global investment firm The Carlyle Group and private equity firm Stellex Capital Management. He serves as CEO of Titan Acquisition Holdings, the holding company which now owns subsidiaries Vigor and MHI Holdings in Norfolk, Virginia.
Marco brings more than thirty years of leadership in the defense and manufacturing industries to bear on strengthening the core foundational processes that deliver superior performance and quality to the customers.
The first sixteen years of Marco’s career were spent in aerospace at General Dynamics Aeronautics which was acquired by Lockheed Martin. Since 2000 he has held leadership roles in companies in aerospace, automotive, defense and transportation, consistently driving sustained growth through operational excellence. Most recently Marco served as the Interim Chairman and CEO of Remington Outdoor Company. He has held board seats and senior positions in various manufacturing companies predominately in aerospace and automotive.
A native of Pennsylvania, Marco holds a multi-disciplinary Bachelor of Science Degree from Pennsylvania State University with emphases in accounting, business administration and management psychology.
