Rishika Kancharlapalli has a background in Computer Science with a B.Tech degree from St. Martin's Engineering College. Rishika further pursued an MBA in Operations Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. Rishika has worked in various companies, starting as a Solution Specialist at PetaBytz Technologies Inc, then moving on to become a Marketing Manager at KSSPL. Currently, Rishika holds the position of Manager of Global Strategy & Business Development at Vigilare Biopharma Pvt Ltd. In between, Rishika also briefly served as a Manager of Global Strategy & Business Development at LanceSoft, Inc.
