Mark Hedley has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mark started their career in 1998 as a Software Designer at Nortel Networks and worked there until 2000. Mark then joined SS8 Networks as a Senior Software Designer from 2000 to 2002. After that, they worked at Blueslice Networks as a Team Lead/Senior Software Designer from 2003 to 2004.

In 2004, Mark joined CounterPath Corp and held various roles within the company. Mark served as a Senior Software Designer from 2004 to 2005, then as a Team Lead/Software Architect from 2005 to 2006. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Project Manager, and finally, they became the Technical Lead for Nortel Integration in 2007. Mark left CounterPath Corp in 2008.

Mark then took on the role of Director of Research and Development at Ubitech from 2008 to 2010.
