Erwin Briene is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational management and aviation. Currently serving as Lead Partnerships & Stakeholders and Operations Manager at Viggo Service Enablers since January 2021, Erwin has also been an External Examiner for Aviation Studies at Hogeschool van Amsterdam since July 2015. Prior to these roles, Erwin held various managerial positions at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines from 2008 to 2021, including Duty Manager Operations and Manager Datacenter Control & Support, where significant operational improvements and cost savings were achieved. Previous experience includes operational roles at Transavia and serving as a freelance pilot. Erwin possesses an MBA from Business School Nederland and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Engineering from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, along with a technical background in aviation.
