Zdenek Stepan's most recent work experience is at VIG RE zajišťovna, a.s., where they currently hold the position of Head of Department. Zdenek started in May 2017 as a Senior Controlling Specialist and was promoted to their current role in April 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Cofidis Česká republika from March 2016 to April 2017 as the Head of Controlling department of CZ and SK. Before that, they worked at UNIQA pojistovna, a.s. from March 2008 to February 2016. During this time, they served as the Head of Controlling department and started as a Controller in March 2008.

Zdenek Stepan pursued their education from 1997 to 2005 at Prague University of Economics and Business. During this period, they completed their master's degree study in Knowledge Engineering.
