SM H. has a diverse work experience in various roles and responsibilities.
From 2019 to present, SM H. worked at Viftech Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. as the Vice President of Business Development. In this role, they were responsible for leading new sales efforts in new territories, including cold calling, lead generation, qualification, relationship building, and account management. They also built and managed a sales, marketing, and operations team while establishing and managing initial processes.
From 2017 to 2018, SM H. worked at Afiniti as a Client Leader/Technical Pre-Sales and Business Projects Manager. Their responsibilities included identifying and developing new business ideas and concepts, onboarding new international clients, managing existing client relationships and satisfaction, and working on strategic business initiatives and product management.
From 2014 to 2017, SM H. worked at TPS - Cards & Payments Fintech as a Senior Executive in Business Management. They were responsible for devising business development plans, managing sales and marketing functions, building strategic relationships, identifying business opportunities, and supervising the marketing team. They also worked on enhancing the company's image and brand equity, maintaining strategic relationships, expanding the channel partner network, and coming up with new product ideas.
Prior to that, SM H. had intern and trainee positions at Bitswits and REFLEX360 LIMITED, respectively, where they gained experience in software and script automation as well as engineering.
SM H. began their education in 2010 by enrolling in NED University of Engineering and Technology. They pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree with a specialization in Computer Systems. This program lasted from 2010 to 2013.
Following the completion of their bachelor's degree, in 2014, SM H. attended Hamdard University to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Their focus of study was Marketing + Project Management. They successfully completed this program in 2016.
In addition to their formal education, SM H. obtained several certifications. In March 2014, they completed the "Superior Service Culture" certification from Learning Minds Group. In February 2015, they obtained the certification for "Communication Skills with Emotional Intelligence" from Octra. In March 2015, they acquired the certification for "Advanced Negotiation Skills" from Octra as well. Lastly, in April 2015, they obtained the "Strategic Time Management" certification from Timelenders.
